Return Policy

14 day return policy

When you shop online with Gardenia Copenhagen/Shoe Biz Copenhagen you have a 14 day period in which you can tell us you regret the transaction and would like to return your items.

The window of return starts on the day which you received the items. If the window expires on a holiday, Saturday, Grundlovsdag, Christmas evening or New Year’s Eve. the window will be extended to the next working day. In case of multiple items ordered together, but are delivered separately, or an item which is delivered in parts, the return window starts on the day the last item or part was received.

After receiving the items you must handle them with care when determining their make, qualities and how they work. This means you must only try on shoes indoors, without wearing out the soles. Therefore trying on shoes on a carpet or soft surface is recommended.

When shipping your package you should take care that the items are safely packed. You are to be held responsible for the items until we receive them. Therefore keep your postal receipt and tracking and trace number.

IMPORTANT
We expect that you send the items to us as soon as possible, once you have made us aware of your return. Also, you must send them latest 14 days after having declared your regret of the purchase.

Notice!
We do not accept packages sent by COD delivery, or packages sent to post offices for pick-up. You can also easily come by our boutique and return your items.

Documentatuin of your purchase and return form

You must enclose a copy of your order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase when returning the shoes to us.

Refunding

When we receive your item we conduct a quality check and thereafter you will be refunded the amount paid to us for the item’s purchase.

The amount will always be transferred to the method of payment with which you bought the item. If you have i.e. paid by card then the amount will be transferred to the same card.

The amount must, according to consumer-laws, be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item, we however strive to refund the amount after we have received the return shipment.

Notice

You can lose your right to a refund for all or part of the original purchase. This happens if the quality of the item is impaired, due to:

  • You have used the item
  • You have handled the item in such a way, that was not necessary to determine the item’s composition and uses.
  • You have not followed the limitations of the right of revocation concerning seals, types of items etc.

If you have used the item to an extent which reaches beyond necessary to determine the item’s type, composition and how to be used, we reserve the right to, after a quality control check, reduce the amount refunded or even completely withhold a refund.

You therefore only liable for possible degradations of the item’s quality, due to use which exceeds the necessary use to determine the item’s functions.

The returning of the shoes are on your own account.
